Ronald Wayne, born May 17, 1934, co-founded Apple with Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak in 1976. He designed Apple's first logo and drafted the partnership agreement. Fearing financial risk, Wayne sold his 10% stake for $800 just 12 days later, missing out on billions as Apple grew into the tech giant it is today.
